Shipping Times

Time is precious! That's why we want to make sure your shipment gets to you as quickly and conveniently as possible.

 We have chose two very reliable couriers, DHL and GLS, so you can be assured of safe shipping and Express Service.

When the package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to click to track the delivery of your order.

Delivery times may be delayed in the event of:

• in the case of holidays such as Christmas, August 15th and National Holidays.
• events independent of the will of the actors involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, roadblocks for strikes, demonstrations, road accidents, visits to public figures, etc.
• in the case of payment by bank transfer, the order realization time is prolonged by the time required for recording the payment in our account.
• in the case of customization, the order realization time is extended by the time required for laser engraving and quality control.

Couriers do not deliver on holidays and days before holidays and on national holidays. At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, please check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document, the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise ruined, including with regard to the sealing materials (adhesive tape or staples).

If this is not the case, the clause "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" must be indicated in the courier's transport document, specifying in pen the description of the anomaly found (e.g. wet packaging, hole in the carton, dent in the carton, etc.). Forest Italia Srl is not responsible for delays or actions of the courier other than those indicated. It is not responsible for loss or damage (damage) of the goods at the time they are delivered without reservation to the carrier for transport.

If the courier does not find you at home? In the case of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in stock at the warehouse of the courier due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the when offering, you order will be returned to the warehouse. For shipments in Italy, delivery of products purchased on www.forestitalia.com takes an estimated time of about 2 working days (Mon - Fri), with the exception of Livigno, Campione d'Italia and smaller islands. 

EUROPEAN SHIPMENTS:

As for overseas shipments, the delivery countries are: Austria, Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Holland, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary. Excluding Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira. Estimated shipping time is about 4 working days.
