The 23cm CHEF'S KNIFE is the largest chef's knife we offer has a sharp blade with a large surface area, a lot of power and a lot of resistance. Made to be used several hours a day for those who work in meat processing as a profession.
The Pro series is made with a stainless steel blade Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel which offers prolonged edge hold and excellent stain resistance.
The orange and black handle is soft and very grippy, it is made of Santoprene, a material hygienically approved throughout the world and known for its secure grip properties under stressful conditions.
Like all EKA knives, the PRO series is made entirely in Sweden.
The Pro Chef series is available with two blades of different lengths, 20 or 23 cm.
